ROLLING HILLS MODERN
This Rolling Hills, California residence is an original Cliff May home situated in a community known for its large, rambling ranch homes. This extensive, full renovation project was led by our team at Norman Design Group, in a collaborative effort with the architect, landscape designer, and builder. Our team worked to elevate the flow of the space for fun family living. We created a new family room, gaming room, open air library, and outdoor pool area to improve the overall space plan. Skylights, textured materials, and stone elements are complimented by the distressed leather details that adorn the home, interspersed with pops of color and fun artwork throughout.
What we love about this project: the use of diverse art and creative wall coverings, the sprawling and entertaining floor plan, the black lacquered powder room, home theater, pizza oven, and the contribution of natural lighting throughout the home.
